Pampered Pets were lifesavers to me the past Thanksgiving weekend. I had received a call on Tuesday, that a relative had passed away and I needed to travel up north to the funeral. I was completely lost, knowing it was two days before the Thanksgiving holiday and the likelihood of finding a pet sitter, would be near impossible. I was a nervous wreck anyway, but when I called Tommy, he assured me that they would be able to come out and take care of my two dogs. Having had awful experiences with pet sitters up north, I was concerened but set up an appointment.
Maciel came out to meet me on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. I loved him as soon as I met him and so did my two dogs. My one dog is afraid of his shadow, but jumped up on Maciel and nearly knocked him over. Instead of reacting poorly, Maciel started playing with Max and he calmed down and wanted to keep playing.
On my return flight I ended up getting bumped until the next morning and I called Tommy and they told me not to worry. I had to add two more visits to my trip and the whole process was seamless. Even though I was dealing with a lot of emotions, I love the guys at Pampered Pets.

Hire them if you don't want to have to worry about your beloved pets when your gone. We have hired them ten (10) times already to take care of our two cats and we've always been very happy! The cats were content, the litter boxes and our house clean. They even take in your mail if you ask them. Very professional, caring, and nice people!

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a pet sitter. From the moment I met them, they showed compassion and care for my pets. My schedule varies from week to week and they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to others. My pets are my children and I trust Pampered Pets with there care completely. My reputation is very important and this service has never let me down. lt's rare to find people who understand that peoples pets are like their kids. These guys get it. Highly recommend them.

l'm a head chef in Fort Lauderdale and have used many pet sitters around the country. l travel a lot to cooking events around the world and my home is my castle and my pets are my children. l discovered these guy 3 years ago and they've never let me down. They treat my pets like they were theirs. When l travel l never worry about anything at home. l also love that l can call them for last minute walks and they always help out. They are local guys and the nicest guys you'll meet here in south Florida.

l can't say enough about these guys. They show up on time and l knew from the moment they walked in, they knew what they were doing. l have a very untrusting dog that goes to no one, yet Maciel had this magic that made Turbo come right around. l use them for walks during the day and also have them come to my home when on business trips. Never a problem and l never worry. They are the best!!!

These guys know what they are doing. In a pinch, I called them and they dropped what they were doing and came out to meet my two dogs and I was immediately impressed with their incredible professionalism. Initially, it was a last minuted trip and I had no one to turn to. They gave me the assurance I needed to go on my trip without worries. I now use them on a regular basis for my many business trips. I highly recommend their service. They won't let you down like I've been let down by other pet sitters.
