I hurt my shoulder pretty bad from a mt bike crash (AC & CC seperation). Being athletic I thought I could rehab it myself. After 6 weeks of not seeing good results, I was referred to Balance. Was really sceptical about going, but didn't want to injure myself worse, so I decided to give them a try. Chris Pierce, my (sports) P.T. at Balance worked me hard with the proper exercises to strenthen and heal my shoulder. I was AMAZED with the results...and how much faster than doing it on my own. Four months later I'm mountian biking technical trails, rock climbing and able to do pullups. Shoulder is feeling awesome. Highly recommend them.
