      I called Thompson's on a Tuesday night, spoke with John about pumping out our septic system which hadn't been done in quite some time. John said he was available for the following Thursday afternoon and he showed up right on time. I had an idea where the tank was but no idea where the actual cover would be, John walked over with shovel in hand and dug 'exactly' where the cover was, not an inch or two out from the exact location, it was impressive. We talked as he pumped the system which took longer than usual due to the load, John is a very knowledgeable person and professional. I learned quite a bit and he did a great job.I highly recommend Thompson's.
