      General Info
      Incorporated in 1970, Youth Opportunities specializes in providing a variety of family-centered mental health care services for children and youths. The organization offers a range of community-based services, such as mental health assessment and community support. Its community involvement program serves students between the ages of 12 and 16. Youth Opportunities offers planning, crisis intervention and behavior stabilization services. Its Opportunity House is a 5-plus-bed facility for youths and provides short-term and out-of-home care services. The organization offers protection and emergency shelter support solutions. It provides the CREST (Children Receiving Emotional and Social Therapy) program for students of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. In addition, Youth Opportunities conducts golf tournaments annually and offers specialized client services.
