I have had been here over two year,all the staffs are nice to us'I always paid rent on time.I like living here here is the best place for us.

I ECHO the sentiments of the other review noting that Balwin does not hold owners accountable. That's putting it mildly! Owner was allowed to keep a key...AND USE IT AT HIS LEISURE! He would come IN when we weren't there. IF he needed to come in, he demanded access that moment. He was on the property every day doing some work. He used part of the house as a storage unit for his personal property and if he wanted access to that property, he wanted that access at a moment's notice. He was always watching us come and go. Strange isn't the word for it. Baldwin got snippy with husband when he called. We have had it. Might take an action for damages. This is intolerable, not to mention ILLEGAL! We have paid rent on time, every month and were under the assumption we had some rights!

I have been a tenant for 4 plus years. No complaints. They are always johnny on the spot to help if there is a problem and courteous and prices are great. Betty Gambill

There is no 0 so I had to put a one Baldwin Properties does not hold owners accountable and if anything breaks, my heat broke and it was 2 days before it was fixed I had to use the oven to heat the apartment, then the oven broke and was broken for 2 months, the celling collapsed in the apartment due to leaking from the apartment above and it was a 7 days before it was fixed, further more they didn't replace anything due to water damage. Baldwin Properties is the epitome of slum lord. I would highly recommend searching for a different rental agency to rent from if you are considering moving to Winston Salem.
