Paul Kenneth Salon gave me the best haircut ever. I have seen Nina and Jen. They are by far the most convenient and quickest. I dash in and dash out with a great cut and my girlfriend loves it too.

This salon is amazing. Everyone is friendly, warm and attentive. I get such a warm welcome when I come in. The first time I went into Paul Kenneth Salon, I saw a Senior Designer. She was great. Since then, I have seen all levels of stylist. I go to whoever is available at the time I need. I have also gotten my nails done and loved them. I am so impressed with the amount of education that the salon does. It is like going to Newbury St in Boston, actually it is so much better. At Paul Kenneths, you get very real people that are excellent at what they do. If you are looking for a great salon experience, I would recommend the Paul Kenneth Salon. I too am a very dissatisfied customer of Paul Kenneth Hair Salon. I booked an appointment with him and was handed off to a junior operator, but still got charged his price. Paul has meetings in the middle of the day and customers are kept waiting and waiting and you never ever know how much your haircut is going to cost. The same exact service could cost $100.00 one month and the next month 125. Not to mention that the junior operator's get their training on you, the paying customer, without even asking your permission. I once had three different stylists working on my hair, a simple cut and colr, I was not about to tip each and everyone of them, so I gave a 15% tip based on my bill and told them to spit it three ways. Not to mention, Paul Kenneth is the most obnoxious man in the universe. Stay away, far, far, far away from this tacky salon.

A great place to go if you want to be overcharged for poor service and you want to leave the salon with your clothes soaking wet and hair dye all over your face neck and clothing. They owners are really full of themselves and treat the help so poorly. If you book an appointment with a senior stylist, she may chat with you, then you will be passed on to a junior stylist and still get charged the higher rate, it truly is an awful place.

Stylist are much better than your average supercuts but be prepared to pay BIG time! The prices are not clear cut and I along with several others I know have had a price increase every visit! For the SAME services everytime! And when questioned about the high price every visit I was told about an UP-CHARGE for having long hair or thick hair (funny because my hair has been the same since I've been going there and these UP CHARGES are new in the past year and a half or so)so I'm being ripped off for having more hair so my haircut is more...Never heard of it!!!And every visit another increase is a bit much!!! A friend had services and rang up a whopping $190 bill which included a color she washed her hair twice in one week and within the second it had faded substansially when she called to complian she was told to come and and it could be fixed but ther would be a charge!! Not the full price but a charge at all is ludicris!! Great cuts, style,color but not even worth it for what this place lacks in customer service!!!
