      If your searching the numerous home inspectors for one of the most important purchases that you can make, STOP, Steve welcomes you to walk the entire home with him, his knowledge is second to none, he will point out things that you never would have thought about, he is concise and a perfectionist, Steve without a doubt is an excellent home inspector, you can feel comfortable in knowing exactly what you are buying with him. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Steve.

      To bring awareness to the homeowner or home-buyer about your house. With an inspection it gives you a snap shot on troubled areas along with required maintenance areas your not familiar with. You get a Report to use as a tool. I provide an Annual Maintenance book with every inspection. My gift to you for using my services. If you don't use Shamrock please use someone.
