I would not send a dog to this place. I sent my mother there and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. Don't send your loved one here .

run from this facility, my family member was there less then 1 month and passed away.They say they can do more then they can. There are no supplies and what they have is so bare bones it is pathetic. the rooms are filthy,the furniture worn out, they did,t even have a foot stool,we used towel shelf. Desperately needed a warming blanket, but was told they have one but only for use in p.t. .we had to bring in our own chair. I went to talk to administrator the day after he died, 2nd door on r after entrance, she walk walking in office with no shoes and eating potatoes chips out of a large bag, they never even called us to offer condolences. Pray for them. I wish i could give less then 1 star.

I can't even give this place a 1 STAR rating!!! I have never been so disappointed or disgusted with the conditions and administration/nursing staff and the INVISIBLE Dr. Santoro in my life!! Please close down this cesspool of a facility. Your family would be better off on the street, no kidding. I have been lied to, laughed at and ignored when asking my concerns about my sister. Has ANYONE ever heard of Cigarette rolling as an activity in a Health Care facility??? How about a private smoking room for the patients when the sign outside says, "no smoking beyond this point!" Or nurses that collect patients money to do a cigarette run to the store for patients. PLEASE shut this dump down NOW! Food is disgusting, rooms are filthy and wheelchairs are broken....no brakes!

Run far away .staff is a joke so isn't administration.no supplies no care period.treat their residents like animals.they lie about their state rateing which is a 2 not a 5.cnas are neglectful and abusive.the good one's always leave or get fired for advocating for the residents.this place should be shut down.please don't put your family in this place.I have seen all of this first hand.just look at the residents .state needs to really make a surprise visit.

This place is a pit. Understaffed, under supplied, wouldn't leave my dog there.

short staffed, badly run. as hard as the staff works, they do not receive fair compensation and are constantly having any "perks" taken away. you do not even get a christmas bonus if you are short of working there for six months by even a few days. and the staff no longer even gets paid holidays off. if your regular day on happens to fall on a holiday that you aren't scheduled to work, you actually LOSE a days pay. it's a dreary facility, never well stocked and not at all a good place to work.
