TouchStone is a Locally-owned, small business and for almost 20 years and we have served businesses in Michigan all states, as well companies inother countries. Our friendly, easy to work with attitude makes doing business with us pain-free! We also pickup and deliver back within a reasonable distance of the lab. Our employees go the extra mile to provide all the informaiton about your test we can to ensure you are well-informed and kept up to date throughout the test sequence. Our test reports are detailed and comprehensive and usually include color photographs to show progress, problems and the general test set up as well as the results at the end of the testing. You are notified immediately upon completion of the test either by email or phone, and the report follows by email and mail both, if desired and in some cases a dvd of the test is also provided. We provide disposal service at no charge for those large items which had been burned or destroyed in the testing if you wish to have them returned.24/7 As Required To Meet Client Deadline
