Do not go to this subway if you want a Subway standard sub. I told the drive through attendant five or six times what I wanted on my sub and even pulled forward to the window to tell her since she seemed to not be able to understand me. When I got back to Franklin park and opened my sandwich it was awful. No spinach, No cucumber, and I had asked several times for extra olives and was sad to see 6 whole slices on my foot long sub. I've tried to phone in a complaint and the number sounds like it's attached to a fax. Second and last time I will get bad service from them... Nob hill is just around the corner and my sub's from them are always done right.

This was one of the worst visits to Subway, ever. The big thing that happened was I ordered a kids pack for my child. She didn't want apples with it, she wanted chips. When they rang us up, they charged us full price for the chips. I mentioned to her that my daughter wanted the chips instead of the apples and she said that there's no way for them to substitute them, I had to pay FULL PRICE for chips instead of apples. So I paid $5.39 for a kids meal, and an additional $1.19 to be able to have chips instead of apple slices......that's a bit over the top. There should be some way to substitute, even if it's .50c more or something, but not full price.

The manager is rude. Correcting employees in front of customers on how much meat to put on a sandwich. Makes the restaurant look cheap & is belittling to the employee. She needs to learn some manners & social skills.
