Bad news. Told me I don't need a permit for my hot tub. Now I am selling the house and getting screwed. Also had a very bad service experience. Beware of these people.

This company is the worst. I ordered two parts for my hot tub. First thing they did over charge my credit card 175$. That took 9 days to get my money back. Then one of the two parts they sent me was defective. It was a pc board that would not work. I took a week calling and leaving messages and I was no where. I got smart, called and used the extension for new spas, at least here I got a live person. They tried to transfer me or take a message and continue to ignore me. I finally got a hold of Scott the person that originally handled the parts order. He was very apologetic and said he would send the replacement part out right away, " you should have it in a day or two". That was three weeks ago. Guess what no part. No return phone calls. Back to not being able to get ahold of Scott. Oh by the way it is pointless to leave any messages with Raven. I have called my credit card company to see if I have any recourse with them. Bad spa company I would not do business with them ever again. Buyer be ware!!!!!!

I bought my Hot Tub from here in 2007. This is the only Hot Tub Place where their primary business is Hot Tubs. The have a complete showroom and service center.
