I really like the area Hidden Cove is in. It's not congested like the city and the east side of Yuma - quiet and friendly. It's right on the Colorado River with farming land & Mexico to the south. North is the beautiful West Wetland's park, the Old Territorial Prison and Old Downtown Yuma - all within a short bike ride. We like it so well, we stay there every winter for the good weather and fun activities. The folks there are somewhat laid back so you can join in any and all activities or just enjoy your peace and quiet. Jim, the manager, is a great guy and always willing to help in any way he can with anything. We're looking forward to going back this winter but get your reservations in early as the park fills up pretty fast with winter visitors from all over the U.S. and Canada. I didn't mention the weather which is the one thing we all go there for. The nights are cold because it's the desert but the days are heaven - 70's to 85.

We stayed at Hidden Cove last winter and really enjoyed the friendly people and all of the activities they had, hope to go back again this year.
