I just recently had an engagement ring made at Perrywinkles in South Burlington. Caitlin Silber helped me design a ring for my fiance and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. I had originally showed Cait a picture of a very unique ring that my girlfriend had seen and liked. Cait basically helped me recreate that exact ring over the last few months. Not only was Cait extremely helpful and insightful but she was also very thoughtful and kind to work with. She continuously worked with me on not only the design of the ring but my plans for proposing and other details. I would 100% go through PerryWinkles again in the future!!

Winkle at Perrywinkles has been my jeweler since 2004. After my husband purchased my engagement ring, we came back to get wedding bands. For my 30th birthday, he returned to buy a rubie ring for me. Now as we plan to renew our vows for our 10 year anniversary, I have returned once again to add a band to by diamond/wedding band ring. The service and experience that Winkle has provided us throughout the years has been exceptional and we will never shop elsewhere. We have told all of our friends and family about the wonderful service and products that Perrywinkles has to offer. Now everyone is wearing Perrywinkles jewels!

My husband went to Perrywinkle's in Burlington to select a number of jewelry items for my 60th birthday. Caitlin assisted him in selecting some amazing pieces. Two watches were similar and I decided to exchange one for other items. Caitlin again took time to listen to the kinds of jewelry I already have and helped me to pick out some unique pieces. We are so very pleased with the assistance, advice and the beautiful jewelry pieces available at Perrywinkle's. We definitely will return in the future.

Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming, and they were able to have my ring made in record time. Alina couldn't have been more helpful to us as we chose my wedding band. She was so wonderful: holding my son so I could try on rings, offering to take photos and email them to me so I could see the rings from another perspective (and remember what they looked like after I took them off), and she really listened to what I was looking for so she could me help me pick out the ring that felt right to me. Perrywinkles provides a high end shopping experience but offers items that can fit into all budgets. The best aspect of the experience is most definitely the customer service that is provided. The staff pay specific attention and provided one on one service to ensure that you end up with the exact item the is suited to your specific need. They provide this custom service by linking the customer with a shopping consultant. Every time I go in I am met by Alina who already knows my wife's taste. She does a great job of making each visit a one of a kind shopping experience!
