Excellent replacement of our ac system. Darin was a professional and organized project,manager. The other technicians (Corey, Peter, Brian, Patric) were very professional and worked hard to get our job done. Company was responsive to our needs as we had questions after installation. Dan returned to our home to assist with the final issues we needed to be completely satisfied. The only issue we had was that the office took so long to send us so rebate paperwork we almost missed the rebate opportunity. We had to call to remind them and then received our paperwork.

We needed to have 20 feet of old baseboard heating assemblies removed and new assemblies subsequently installed following our do-it-yourself installation of new wall panels. The company gets four (rather than five) stars only because there was a one-day delay in the scheduled re-installation job. Technician ED INTINARELLI gets a well-deserved five stars for his quality work on both the removal and the installation and for his attention to detail while working as well as while cleaning up afterward. Ed's friendly demeanor and confident, professional approach to the job gave this homeowner a good feeling that the job was being done right in every respect.

I had a heat pump system installed in our house at the beginning of September 2014 by Rodenhiser Plumbing, Hearing and Air Conditioning. Ryan Brooks was very professional and offered recommendations during my sales call. He coordinated with the office to set up the appointment and dealing with the behind the scenes activities. During installation Pat Brady, Ed Fish and Pat Berg were very professional, and sensitive and responsive to my needs and concerns. They were knowledgeable on the requirements of the installation, worked seamlessly together, and conducted the work activities in a clean manner. I was very pleased with Rodenhisers responsiveness, performance, and timely completion of the services provided.

The work, installation of new furnace and a/c, was very thoroughly done. The technicians of the company (as well as electrician and cement drilling contractor) went above and beyond to complete the job in timely manner. I will use this company again in the future.

Initial meeting with Ryan was great. Very informative. He took the time to review our existing sytems and provided detailed information on replacement products. We ordered our new system and it was quick and easy. The support staff has been helpful in coordinating an install date. We are now just waiting for the install.

Ed Intinarelli is a great technician who is very knowledgeable and explains what is happening to your system. He fixed our system within minutes and had it up and running. He is a star.

Our central AC stopped working on Labor Day. Unfortunately by the time I called they were already booked for the day. We got an appointment the next day, though. Dan P came to check it out, and he quickly found the problem. He was very patient and answered all of my questions which were not just about the options but also about how various parts of the system work. He was very professional and very helpful. Chances are we will switch to Rodenhiser as our HVAC company based on this experience.

We had excellent service ,clean, friendly and knowledgable staff, at a great price. Our Water heater broke over a holiday weekend, the next business day they called us back by 8:00 am and set a time that was convenient for us. Couldn't be happier.
