I will never take my business to Bel-Red road les schwabb again. I was just dangerously cut off by a well marked les schwabb dark blue scion xb with the clear logo on the front fender and the store location on the back bumper. we've all been cut off before and probably have done it to someone else. Most of us are smart enough to not do it while driving the company car. There was zero traffic so no misjudgement situations. Just blatant disregard for safety of someone else. The question really boils down to that you know there is at least one miscreant scofflaw employed here; do you really want to trust your life/tires on him doing 100% job well done. Not me. Take your business somewhere else. Anyone at les Schwabb (mis-spelled on purpose) want to contact me and find out specifics like where it happened and when so you can deal with this employee, please do and I'm glad to change my review...don't comment on my review asking me to call you, I'm not going to do that.

I was looking to put new snow tires and wheels on my son's car. I did some shopping around and priced a few tires and wheels. I didn't want to spend what I was being quoted. I went to the bell red Les Schwab in Bellevue. Rather than spend money on a brand-new wheel for just snow tires I was offered a used factory wheel at a discounted price. The wheels were slightly worn and had some scrape marks on them which had me a little concerned. I thought I might get the wheels repaired at a later time. When I came to pick up the vehicle later that day they had taken all the wheels run them through a Lathe and put a brand-new edge on them and virtually made them look like brand-new. This was done at no additional cost. In the end I end up getting the best price and the best deal.

This Les Schwab has great customer service. I called because the tires I had purchased a few years ago needed to be replaced. Andy, the manager, let me know that I may be eligible for a credit on new tires if they hadn't reached the mileage guaranteed under the warranty. I went in and he clearly explained my options for new tires to me. I would recommend this Les Schwab to anyone.

I was helped by Pete for a flat tire. I had a screw in the edge of the tire/sidewall. Due to the location the tire could not be fixed, but several options were provided including replacing all tires with a trade in value of my existing tires, and/or order a replacement tire since I did not buy these tires at Les Schwab. I came to Les Schwab since on our other car I have always purchased the tires from LS and have had great services. I felt I should have payed something for the evaluation, even the suggestion to take the tire to the auto shop that put them on to check the warrantee that came with the tire. I did, and it was covered. However, my experience with LS again has been great and recommend them (and Pete) for service. Tom

The manager Andy has great customer service, He is great at listening to what the customer wants and is willing to meet them half way. I have taken all my cars to Les Schwab for many years and not once have I not had a problem fixed. Andy takes customer care to the next level. He has a positive attitude and great energy. His leadership rubs off on the rest of the crew. I wouldn't take my cars or business elsewhere. Thanks Andy+ team. Tariq S.
