I’m very hard to please but Aptive is a very well led and managed company. Solid use of technology. But Aptive’s greatest strengths are their field personnel. First rate professionals who are very customer focused.

Ralph S - Mr. Garcia called before he arrived to confirm our meeting time. He was very professional and respected my hearing difficulty. He spoke clearly and loud enough so that I could hear him clearly. He explained what he would do and did it.
He was careful and neat how he moved around our home and yard. He sprayed into our garage was requested and exceeded our expectation. I am glad that we went with his organization.

Technician Michael Cheney was very professional, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to address those concerns and make us feel comfortable.

Galdino was the technician who addressed my home ant problem. He was very professional and was in good communication with me to explain what he was doing. A very personable guy. I've been very happy with the Aptive service overall, their scheduling process is simple & making changes is convenient. Special mention to Felipe Del Real who was friendly and perform the cob webs removal task better than previous reps. He covered areas I wasn't expecting. Good job.

Today Elizier Briones from Aptive arrived for our quarterly visit. He was great, as usual, everything was performed as promised. He arrived on time and cleaned all the spider webs, sprayed everywhere and spread granuals in the grass. It's been so nice not dealing with ants for an entire year!! I should have been using this service 15 years ago. I used to think it was a waste of money seeing neighbors being sprayed...I do not think that anymore! I wasted many,many, hours cleaning up after ants many mornings in the kitchen and threw out a lot of food. No one in my house ever wanted to be the first one in the kitchen in summer mornings because that meant you got stuck dealing with the darn ants!! This is so nice!!

I called regarding my service appointment that had been rescheduled (because someone called in, according to the text message) but I needed an appointment ASAP. After an initial pushback from the office manager, Jason, he allowed me to speak to the Service Manager, Javal (I believe), immediately came up with a resolution and sent Xavier Malave to handle my concerns and he did so professionally, efficiently and enthusiastically! I couldn’t have been more pleased 😀.

It was a service that no longer needs to be spoken. If he- Joany Diaz, technician- could keep coming for service, I would be happy.

Richard Lang is an exceptional person. He's personable, prompt, patient, proficient and professional. After giving me what I thought I needed, I went out to catch him before he left. I told him the specific issue I was having, which I should have done in the first place, and he recommended a different tool for me and gave me plenty. He was very nice to my dog, kids and has always been great to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Richard is so thorough, is extra attentive to my needs, and is always on time!! Worth every penny!!! Haven't had a black widow problem since he's been maintaining my home. Thanks for a job well done!!!
