My husband had the chicken saltinbocca, and he said it lived up to the " jump in your mouth" translation! This is such a wonderful gem of an eatery. We have eaten in some of the best Italian restaurants in NY City, there food is just as wonderful. We look forwards to our next meal there when we return to Cleveland.

WOW ... the best service I've ever gotten at a restaurant. The owner (Terry Tarantino) and his staff were extremely personable and made us feel right at home. Truly a gem of a restaurant.

Among my top 3 in Litte Italy. Food is delicious here ans service is very good. It's true some prices are a little bit higher than around but you should absolutely try their Risotto del Giorno with the grilled scampi, which is one of the best things you can have in Little Italy.

We hadn't been to Cleveland in many years and chose La Dolce Vita for our Little Italy experience. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. It had a great atmosphere and a vibrant crowd. The owner, Terry Tarantino came over and made my wife a special request in preparing the seafood pasta and she was delighted with it. I look forward to another chance to dine at La Dolce Vita when I return to Cleveland.

This was my first trip to this establishment, and I was not disapointed! The server was good and the food was even better! The facility doesn't have air conditioning, but who cares? It's a very old building! This place reminds me of several places I frequent when I travel to Chicago. I will definitly return here! If you haven't tried it, I recommend it! Very good in all respects! The food is very authentic and delicious.

Terrific freshly made Italian fare! Don't miss the Chicken Pomodoro - fabulous fresh tomato sauch.

The food was very good and we will be back. I had the Veal Chop special and it was excellent. My wife had the Chicken Parm with cavtelli and it was very good...pasta al dente just like it should be! The tomatoes the owner (Terry Tarantino)brought s were excellent...he takes great pride in his tomatoes and the bruschetta and the caprese were both excellent. But the food came timely and the service overall was still very good. Nice wine list and the 2 italian bottles we had were very good and reasonably priced. If you are in the mood for good Italian in a relaxed atmosphere go!

La Dolce Vita is a consistent winner. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly and competent. Still our "go-to" restaurant in Little Italy.

The restaurant was fantastic, service was good and the food excellent. It is a great Little Italy gem in Cleveland. I highly recommend the wedding soup and the gnocchi - both were incredible. The wine list is amazing and the waiter that occasionally sings opera is outstanding. Thanks for a great time, we will definitely be back.

I was visiting my grandparents who told me this place was amazing. My grandparents tend to be wrong about a lot of things cause let's face it: they're old. But they definitely get props on this place for sure! The pasta abruzze was absolutely fantasic and I was suprised that the price wasn't too expensive. Course most grandparents also have money to spoil their granddaughter so free was my price. :)

La Dolce DELICIOUS! everyone told me about the veal here so I had to try it. I'm so glad (and a little guilty) that i did cause it WAS exactly as everyone told me! Also fast service and prices were reasonable. Definitely coming here again if I ever stop by Ohio again.

Each time I visit my parents, we have to go to La Dolce Vita because they treat it as a special occasion. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that are my family's favorites, and it is consistently good. The food has always been consistent, which is what my parents rave about. That, and they just feel right at home after going there so many times. They know what they want, and if it's not currently on the menu? I've seen them make an exception and make it for them. Wonderful atmosphere, food and people make this place a true gem.

I am a great fan of authentic Italian food that La Dolce Vita provides. I hate it when you spend money with expectations and are disappointed. This place is world class. I was here on business and will definitely be back.

This was on Groupon and we had never tried this resteraunt, so was a little skeptical about trying it without haven't ever eating there, but this place was great! We did have to wait a moment to be seated, but this restaurant is open for reservation, but it wasn't a long wait. The waiter was very friendly, and came back to the table often to see how things were going with us, quick to fill our glasses back up. And the food, it was amazing! We are pizza eaters, so we decided to try the Venizia , which is the spinach and veal-sausage, and it was terrific! About the best slices of pizza that I have ever eaten! It was very yummy! Totally recommend this place!
