I just purchased 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (my 4th one) from this dealership. The assistance and service I rec'd was great as usuall (I have purchased 6 other cars from this dealership over the years) I can truly say I have never been disatisfied with how I was treated. I have been looking at cars and buying them since I was 16 (I am now 70) so I think I know a little about how to get the best deal. I do my research and I keep my credit in good shape. Their service departments have always taken of my problems when they occured quickly as possible. NOTEW: They don't build them, but they can sure repair and keep them up for you. The only time consuming process is the paperwork, but this is due to GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS. It used to be much easier years ago to purchase a vehicle, but not now. Remember this, "Government is not the solution, Government is the problem". KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LANDMARK. YOU ARE A 5 STAR DEALER TO ME

i.e., A local favoriI had a wonderful experience with Chadd at Landmark. Bought 2012 Chrysler 200 with 4 miles and drove off lot after a great experience and 7 miles down the rd it had a factory transmission problem after hrs on Fri called them and they sent a tow truck to get vehicle no questions asked and the owner himself gave me another brand new chrysler off the lot while mine is being looked at. Please note this was a factory problem and they have bent over backwards to take care of the problem. They have been wonderful as there was no way they knew this would happen as odometer only had 4 miles on it. No way was this their fault.
