Not only did I get a great car at a reasonable cost, the service from the Airport to the Inglewood site and back was just beyond good. The drivers all were most helpful---and both my husband and I seemed to need help. They were kind and good natured about it. And then the shuttle drivers (both women) were so helpful to me. Can't say enough about the service, but I did e-mail the manager to say JOB WELL DONE.

Not a good experience, waited about an hour for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the terminal and drive us to the (far away) rental car complex. There are literally ten Avis/Hertz/Enterprise busses for every National bus. Big waste of time. Hopefully they fix their bussing problems soon.

I highly recommend to make a business with National Car Rental LA Airport branch because of so many reasons: - Variety of cars - They do many upgrades for loyal customers - Drop off to/from the Airport run smoothly and quickly, also busses drivers help us with our luggages. - check in/out Cars from National also run very easy and fast. I like them so very much.

Had to wait for a car, no big deal. Then had to wait to exit the parking structure (45 minute) because "the system was down." Not the best first time experience with National.

A genuinely horrible experience. 3 avis buses went by before a National Bus came (except for the 2 National buses that did not stop). Wasted about 30 minutes of our time, and then of course the bus was so full that the aisle was packed with people standing.

Actually, the BEST car rental experience I've ever had. I love just taking the escalator up to find my choice of cars...not having to talk to anyone or sign anything. I just popped the trunk, put in my luggage and drove off! Wonderful!

very easy as an Emerald member. pick your own car and drive out. exiting was confusing because the ground painted arrows were very worn down. checkout was fast. check-in was fast. convenient location and easy shuttle service.

As always National car rentals provided super service. The vehicle rented was in a perfect condition and the fuel tank full so no worries until I cover couple of hundreds of miles. Getting the car is easy.... Directly went to the car and picked the one I needed. Return is also very simple. Overall a good experience.

Couple of Areas I would like to highlight Getting a Shuttle from LAX was a challenge- Other Rental Agencies had more frequencies The Rental area was very to navigate Very pleasant customer Service Asked for a toll Pass but was advised against it Got on a Toll road the next day and then had to call back to get it fixed The Customer Service at National Toll Service was not very helpful JP

Ive been to many cities over the last few months. I always use National Rental Car. I am an Emerald club member. I must say, LAX National by far has provided the best customer service out of them all. This trip, I was traveling with my Family and LAX was short on Vans. This was Saturday August 2nd around 1:30pm. I lost the card she handed me but she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She deserves a above and beyond award. She re-affirmed by decision to always use National rental car for all of my future trips.

Great facility, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. They are my car rental company of choice.

National Car Rental is quick and easy; pick out the car you want and drive away. Checking in the car was just as easy; drove up to designated area, car was checked over, recieved my receipt and jumped on the shuttle. National is my top choice for car rental.

In town for work and as a Emerald Isle member, I got nice RAV4 for a rental and was in and out in no time. Returning was a breeze too! Rent from again? Definitely!

The process was quick and the service was excellent I had signed up for the Executive club prior to arriving so just jumped the car of my choice and checked out at the gate. Returning the car was just as easy
