This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I worked with Donny and Precilla and they could not have been more accomodating and caring of my needs and budget. They made sure I was aware of the available options but never pressured me into anything. Todd handled the closing the of the purchase and made it effort less. I could not be happier. I can not imagine making such a major purchase with any other dealership.

I went to Parks because they had a vehicle I'd seen advertised like so many others do when looking to purchase and came armed expecting the usual hard sell, the difficult process of negotiating a price and the nightmare of sealing the deal. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Leon Prince, our sales rep was an informed, polite and honest young man, guiding us through a relatively painless transaction and making us feel like he was our advocate. As a matter of fact the entire staff made us feel like they were on our side. I feel like my car is in great hands for years to come because I purchased it form Parks. I've been buying cars since 1971 so I've got a bit of experience doing this and so far Parks is head and shoulders above the rest. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

When it came time to finalize the deal, he was not available, but Donnie Commado, and Harris made sure that the actual paperwork process was accurate and promptly done. Todd McGee, of the Finance Department worked with us to get the best finance options, explaining each and walking us through the process in a painless manner.
