I went to the Linen & Shade Bin to find valances for my 6 kitchen windows. The store had so many choices to choose from that I had a hard time picking.Perry was so wonderful, he let me take four different valances home to try out. He insisted I just leave a name and number,no payment needed. 2 days later I returned the 3 that I was not interested in and purchased the 5 that I liked.It was so refreshing to be able to have a transaction based on trust. The quality of his products are excellent as well as his prices. His associates were very friendly and helpful.I will certainly be returning to this store again.

I moved into a smaller home a few weeks ago and very much wanted it to look nice, and welcoming for the holidays. I was feeling overwhelmed with all that needed to get done in a very short period of time. I needed curtains for the kitchen area, as well as additional panels of a drape I had purchased a couple of years ago at Linen and Shade Bin. Perry was a tremendous help and knew exactly what needed to be done, and set the wheels in motion. I left the store that day with kitchen curtains, as well as the feeling that everything might actually fall into place, and it did. The additional curtains I needed were ordered, arrived quickly and were sewn together to make four wider panels. Perry called the person he's worked with for years, Craig, about hanging the rods and curtains. Craig was very busy and going away for the holidays, but kindly fit me in. I have bought beautiful, high-quality products from the Linen & Shade Bin for nearly 19 years. They have held up excellently over time. The washable items come out of the machine in perfect condition. Recently, Perry sold me some new made-in-America valances and offered to create a more custom-made look by seaming them together, which he did at a reasonable cost. They look fabulous. You cannot find a better selection or more competent customer service than at the Linen & Shade Bin. The products are not at rock-bottom prices, but neither are they incredibly costly. The quality and workmanship are worth every penny. Perry is great to work with too. He loaned me a half-dozen styles of valances, at no charge, and gave good advice about how to assess them in my windows. He is a professional!

I recently decorated my two bay windows with 84" lined panels and absolutely love them. I searched around for a while, and nothing compared to the quality or the beauty of these curtains, and you get personal professional service. Good products, reasonable pricing, great service. I was looking for a local firm to order custom shades for skylights and a bedroom slider in my new place. Passed by Linen & Shade Bin often, but never been in, so took a peek through the windows when they were closed, went back the following Saturday. The woman who assisted me was very attentive and spent all the time necessary to help me pick out appropriate selections (I'm no interior designer...!). The owner, Perry, followed up with me, came to my house to check measurements and answer all my questions, then called back to schedule an installation date once the order was placed/confirmed. I used his professional (subcontractor) installer who did a fantastic job. He arrived early, was very courteous and efficient. Even showed me how to use everything, the different controls, etc. Answered all my questions and was very neat/tidy. He was in and out in an hour and did a great job. Perry called to follow-up. Shutters in three rooms and one room darkening shade have just been installed in my home. The shade and shutters are beautiful! My experience with Perry, the owner, has been one of outstanding service. Perry went to great length to ensure that the shutters and shade would fit perfectly and be exactly what I wanted. Not only is Perry a consummate professional but he is a really pleasant, kind person. The installer, Craig, is also exacting in his work and leaves the house very neat and clean after installation. He even removes his shoes before coming in. He is also so pleasant. I highly recommend Linen and Shade Bin.
