Called early morning after 8 am and Tami answered the phone. Explained the problem to her. She explained the service details and set a date next day for a visit. Said she would call back if the technician could come out the same day I called. She did call back in 2 hrs and said the technician, Tim, would arrive within an hour. He did and identified and solved my problems very quickly within just a few hours. The repair is actually better than what I had as new and I am very pleased with the service. Both Tami and Tim were highly courteous and professional. Tim is very knowledgeable and works quickly as well. I was super-pleased because by the mid-afternoon of the day I called, my problems were completely solved. Definitely recommend this service for anyone who needs plumbing work done.

We had a shower valve that was stuck shut. Nothing I tried could get it to move, so I decided to call a plumber. Since it was not an emergency (we have another shower), I read the reviews for all the plumbers in the Clifton Park area. Based on their good reviews, I called Rooter Man on Grooms Road. Tammy answered the phone and I was impressed at her knowledge of plumbing issues. She explained all the charges and could send a plumber to be at my house in an hour. Tim arrived in less than an hour and evaluated my options and what each would cost. Replacing the whole valve would solve the problem, but if he could get the valve core out, it would be a less expensive option. He had all the parts for both options on the truck. As it turned out, he was able to replace the valve core. The valve works better than new! Tim's work was fast and clean. He also was very personable. I highly recommend Rooter Man and will call them again for any plumbing needs.

I almost experienced a catastrophe when a shower pipe had cracked an began leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen below. Frantically, I looked online and found Rooterman 911, spoke to Tammy who had Tim call me right away and help over the phone as a very first step. Tammy mentioned Rooterman 911 could be here that very day to diagnose and fix the issue. They mentioned arriving between 5pm-7pm but would call when on their way. Thankfully, it was not even 5pm and Tim was already on his way. Throughout the service Tim was very professional, he explained everything he was doing, mentioned all pricing before the work was done, and was very approachable for any questions I had. He even was helping me learn about the water system in my house. Within roughly little more than an hours time, the problem was completely fixed. Gary saved the day, or should I say night! We had a seriously clogged drain and it was causing a sewage backup into the house. Gary arrived after 10:00 PM and didn't leave until the job was done. He was very professional and did an awesome job. Thank you, Gary!

Excellent service. Timely in an emergency. Very courteous. Gary takes the time and effort to solve problems', my older home had roots in the sewer line. I did not have use of any water including the bathroom. Cleanup was well done. If you need a drain cleared that has been backing up in your basement call the RooterMan 911 they will go the extra mile to solve the problem. Other companies had a two day wait, Gary was here within three hours and did a fabulous job.

Tim M. from Rooter M was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. He completed the job less then the expected time given. He was thorough with his work and clean up afterwards. He let me know exactly what he would be doing before doing any work so there were no surprises. I would recommend Rooter Man for anyone in the saratoga area.

The pipe that goes to my washer was gushing water when I used any water in the house. I called Rooterman the same day (about 9:30 am). It was an extra $49.99 for them to come same day but there is a coupon on their website for this fee if you refer to it when you book your appt. Tim M came at 4:30pm. The poor guy was here 3 hrs. He offered the video inspection with the snake procedure at a discount but I declined. 15 minutes later he came inside with the video equipment anyway. He said his boss (the owner) wanted to see anyway because it wasn't doing what it should. This was not only appreciated but rare. It's obvious the owner wants to make sure they fixed the issue. Long story short, they called the town at 8pm and they said they'd come out in the morning since everything appeared fine on their end. The next morning they came out, along with Rooterman at 8am (Rooterman was here at 7:30am like they said). The main on my St. ended up being 3/4 full so they fixed it. Excellent service.
