I needed a classy car to surprise my wife with a trip for our wedding anniversary. I rented a Ford Mustang convertible and the car was amazing! It was in top condition and looked as if it had just come out of the showroom. The rate was also reasonable. Also there were no hidden charges to the deal. I have noticed that some car rental agencies are great until you return the car to them and then they charge you with things like a 0.1 centimeter scratch that you cant even prove was not made by you! Anyway if you want to rent a sports car, choose Prestige Car Rental!

I found Prestige Car Rental while searching for cheap car rental services in New York and found some good reviews of this company. Well, this is my first good experience with a car rental company. After using their services for over past 3 months, I am highly satisfied with them. These guys are helpful. Last time I got a SUV for a so-called trip, and it all went so smoothly that I figured something was bound to go wrong...but it didn't, and I had a awesome time. Whew!

Prestige did a great job. Took care of me and my family and I'd definitely go back to them. These guys are very professionals and conscientious. The car I took was in good shape. Overall a great car rental experience.

We rented a Ford Escape for a week to accommodate our holiday visitors and everyone was very very happy. I give Prestige car rental five stars for their excellent services, good quality car and professionalism. Another reason why I'm feeling great about this company - we were charged an extra day but when we explained the error, they corrected the charge immediately. If you are looking for an affordable car that gets you about with no fuss then come to these guys.

I rented a car from this location last month. I don't think I've ever had such an easy time getting to my car. Before calling here, I enquired a few other car rental companies in the city and as they have mentioned, you will only be able to avail their services if you are a dollar express member. I proceeded straight to the garage put my John Hancock on a couple pieces of paper and a few minutes later I was in my Ford and on my way. The next day I returned the car and that was smooth as well. I really appreciate their customer service and excellent rental service at cheap price. Highly recommended!

Prestige Car Rental should be commended for its emphasis on customer satisfaction. I would give then 4 stars for this alone. However, there were few concerns that need to be addressed in order to receive a perfect rating. But, I found this particular location, their staff very helpful and professional. Last January I rented a car from this location. The manager (I forgot the name) is friendly and helpful. The car I received was very clean and in good shape. We arrived on time and had our car within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this rental location!

I rented a Ford 500 - the car was high mileage (>50K), poorly serviced (the oil change light came on early in the trip), and equipped with unsafe tires bald of tread. I learned this after a night time highway blow out. Local mechanic was appalled at the condition of all the tires, 2 had exposed nylon threads and had to be replaced. Rental agency authorized the replacement over the phone, and when I returned the vehicle I was assured that credit to my card would appear in 5 to 10 business days. One month later, they admit that they never credited the card (they lied) and now refuse to do so. So I have paid for an unsafe rental vehicle and given them a pair of new tires. Avoid Prestige Car Rental. It is both negligent to the point of endangerment and fraudulent. Look for other web sites (yelp.com, insider.com) where prior customers have vented their outrage. I add my voice to theirs.
