i.eHorrid Service. Left In Less Than Five Minutes. Will Never Go There Again. Likely Never Buy Another Honda. This is a new 2014 Civic Coupe, approx 1700 miles. We had been very happy with the car but started to notice a few issue and expected to have the addressed. The HUD goes blank randomly and can stay down from hours to weeks. There is an occasional pause when shifting from reverse to drive, like a band slipping in the transmission. The tint appears to be coming unattached from the back windshield on the passenger side. There is an area, approx 6" X 4" that is distinctly discolored, It was the last item, that is the main cause of this review. I was told that this was "normal" If this type of shoddy workmanship is "normal" for Honda, then I for one, have no desire to ever own another Honda. I have attempted to contact the Dealership, as well as Honda America Customer Service and have basically been ignored. I will allow a few more days, for any of them to contact me,

We recently found the exact car we were looking for at Classic Honda .We love our new Honda accord ! Manual cars are not easy to come around and you need not to be picky about choice as there are not many available.Being from Europe and having always driven manual cars we knew what we wanted and Mo Almbaeid made the process very easy. We went in on a rainy cold night in Florida and after showing us an even better valued automatic with a better financing, he listened to us and sold us the car we really wanted. We bought a manual still, Mo walked us through the process in a friendly ,no pressure way and even the financing part seem much easier than what we ever experienced in the past. So far I've purchased two cars at this Honda; the first was a 2010 Accord, which was also my first car, and now I've traded in the Accord for a 2013 Odyssey. The customer service was excellent in both cases. Amir Sheriff, the salesperson I had for my trade-in, was very knowledgeable and courteous, and Ivo, another staff member, was kind enough to demonstrate to me all of the features of the new Odyssey, which saved me a great deal of time as opposed to reading through the entire manual or trying to figure everything out myself. I have always used this same location for my regular car service, and my experience has been great every time. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I went to buy a Honda Accord Sport 2013 at Classic Honda. My salesman was Cesar Blanco and he was wonderful to work with polite, courteous, and smiling. He knew what I wanted and he work with me to get it without any hassle. The whole process was seamless and I could not be happier. If I needed to purchase another car I would certainly return to Classic Honda and ask for Cesar Blanco he is that professional. Rueben Torres the finance person was also great to deal with.

Disappointed with the service we received when trying to purchase a 2012 Honda Fit. When we pointed out the price tag was only 100 dollars less than the 2013 model they pretty much told me too bad so sad. They made us feel like a hassle and we left after only ten minutes.
