Went to sell my gold for cash, was somewhat apprehensive as I had never done this before. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, and it turned out to be not only a profitable experience but very pleasant as well. Highly recommend!

Werner Jewelers is the ONLY jewelery store to go to. We have been doing business with Tim, Marilyn and Bob since Bob had his store in the Clark Building. I can't speak highly enough of their workmanship, expertise and service. Bob designed my husband and my matching wedding bands, he designed a cocktail ring for me from my first set of wedding rings, and Tim has converted many post earrings into wires, fixed broken pieces, sized rings, etc., This addition to the many watches that I need either a new battery or band. They can do ANYTHING when it comes to jewelry - either design and make what you want or fix it. As I stated, there is only one jewery store and that is WERNER JEWELERS.

Werner Jewelers is truly the Best! My family has been going to them since we moved to Pittsburgh in the mid 80's. Werner's made my engagement ring. I had very specific standards because I was using my great grandmother's diamond. I only have trusted Werner's with that diamond. They were very patient with me and entertained my ideas. Since then they have made me a pendant that I never take off with my son's initial. You won't be disappointed!

I stopped in Werner Jewelers to have some repair work done on my ring, I was greeted very friendly and they told me what they would have to do to fix my ring and the price i would be charged, but while i was there they also checked my other rings out and even cleaned them for free I thought that was just so nice, I continued to look around and saw they had a big selection of the troll beads, I learned a lot about the beads and even decided to start a bracelet all without any sales pressure which i must say was very nice. I am happy to say my ring was the same price they told it would be and I love my troll beads bracelett and I will never go back to those big jewelers that pressure sell and don't even know you. I found a family jewelers that makes you feel like you a customer is part of their family

I started going to Werner Jewelers to purchase Troll beads since they have a great selection on hand. But I now use them for all of my jewelry needs...they repaired a necklace for me, have changed batteries for two watches and just bought gold from a friend of mine. I proudly wear many pieces of jewelry purchased at Werner's, my most prized piece being my engagement ring and band. They will design any piece or ring for you and to your liking! I stop at the shop while out running my errands and they clean my jewelry for me on the spot, free of charge!
