We came back from a day trip to a house that was 82F and climbing. We called James River Air and they sent Gus Damalas. He arrived very promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was clean, well dressed and articulate. Gus advised us of our potential remedies and estimated time to repair or replace. He is a good representative of the company and I would recommend him and JRAC to anyone who needs A/C diagnosis.

My central air conditioning system needed replacement and I went to the premier Company in this industry in the Richmond Va market. James River's reputation is undisputed and they come highly recommended. I was extremely fortunate to have Doug Mills and his competent assistant LJ as my Installation Technicians. Both worked well as a team. Doug needs to be highly praised both for his outstanding customer service skills along with his superior technical expertise. I thought he excelled in both areas. He was always very courteous and professional and never ignored or rushed me at any time during the Install process to address any of my open concerns, questions or comments. Doug was so proactive that while asking some of my questions, he immediately got the ball rolling and was in the process of taking care of and finishing up with my open ended issues. Doug offered many suggestions and advice and provided fantastic training. Could not have been more pleased with service!!!.

Worked late on a Monday night to help me. Was courtesy, wore booties indoors, was helpful and honest (seemed like it). Gave me two choices for repair and advised which was a better choice based on his experience. I recommend him.

Keith Johnson was very respectful, honest and had a high level of knowledge and experience; he was called to assist on a job and figured out what was wrong with our 23yr old air equipment, if not for Keith my Church (MT. Vernon Baptist) would be looking at replacing that equipment but by repairing it we now can keep our older members cool this summer; I write this post because Mr. Keith Johnson represents James River Co. and after 15yrs on contract with them, we are truly satisfied customers and we plan to remain so because of techs like Keith Johnson.
