We so enjoy the service we receive from Arlo Colley and James River A/C. Arlo is thorough in his inspection process. I had specifically asked that Arlo be sent on our inspections. He has been doing them for the past 3 years. Great young many, very trustworthy,

Michael D was very professional in doing my fall system checkup. I would recommend James River A/C. This is the second time I have had them over ,had a a/c issue in the summer , bought the checkup service at that time .Both techs and the the phone contacts were very positive and professional.

Excellent service- spent a lot of time at the house checking my system and even replaced my filters without asking .

Steve H. has been to my home several times to take care of various plumbing and HVAC issues and is superb. Steve is prompt, polite and very professional. He does a great job and is extremely neat and always takes care to get the job done right. I highly recommend him.

TECHNICIAN RESOLVED A DIFFICULT LOW VOLTAGE WIRING PROBLEM IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. he not only traced the wiring diagram to resolve the problem, he took the time to rewire and reroute all of the wires, thus avoiding potential future problems. he took the time to listen to my description of the sysmptons, BEFORE he began diagnosing the problem. worthy of 5 stars without a doubt!

I have dealt with James River Air Conditioning for several years now in both the AC and electrical areas. I can't say enough about the level of service and the professional manner in which they conduct business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring air conditioning or electrical needs. A great model for all service oriented businesses.

Brian arrived at the appointed time and completed his assignment to service my boiler/radiator heating system in a competent and timely manner. He answered my questions knowledgeably and in the case or two where necessary he contacted more senior members of the firm to get the answer. He cleaned up upon completion of the job. He was courteous and clean and is a credit to his firm.

James River AC is a well established and outstanding company with a history of great community involvement and support. My technician, Brian, is very punctual, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I use the JRAC maintenance plan and rely on their service and availability, and I recommend them to family and friends.

We always have a great experience with James River Air. The tech who serviced our heat pump today, Donny, was prompt, professional, and efficient. He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and was very friendly and courteous.
