      I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University. I am a certified vestibular rehabilitation (vertigo) specialist, and am a certified fall prevention specialist. My treatments are 60 min of 1-on-1 unrushed time. I use a neuroscience-based, holistic approach, respecting and addressing the mind-body connection. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your own health, so I give you all the tools to succeed. After a thorough exam, I provide personalized education about your body and pain issues to guide you on a path to relief and improved function. Whether you suffer from an acute injury, chronic pain, vertigo or desire a preventative wellness visit, I can help! I use the Epley maneuver, manual therapy - including Strain Counterstrain and IASTM - therapeutic exercise, guided meditation, and mindfulness training and more to bring you relief.
