My sister-in-law got me started with Perrywinkle's many years ago. I first a couple of pairs of earrings, since I always had allergic reactions to costume earrings. I then got started on Pandora bracelet and charms. I then met my fianc and he came to Perrywinkle's to buy an engagement ring from Alina at Christmas in 2015. Laura was very instrumental in my watch selection. My 50th birthday I decided on a Rolex Datejust, but when I was presented with so many fine models - it was difficult to choose. Laura was very patient and informative and helped me narrow down to the watch which was the one I wanted (I would try this one, then that one, then the original again, and repeat...) It actually turned out to be a different watch than I came in looking for, and I am happy for it.

Jill. Not only one of the nicest if not the nicest. Salesperson. I had the fortunate pleasure. Of having had her serve me. But also most accommodating. One time when I came here. She was in the middle of eating Her lunch. But came out to willing and graciously. Serve me anyway. I have mentioned to her more than once. Everyone dealing with the public. Should be like her. Winkle feels like our personal jeweler. Since we got married in 2006, she has helped us with our wedding bands as well as guided my husband and me in selecting gifts for birthdays and christmas; all of which we both love. In addition, she helped me take inherited pieces of jewelry and turn them into a stunning ring, which I have received numerous compliments. It is worth noting that I did not care for the first design of this custom ring and Winkle, with out hesitation, went back to the drawing board with their in-house designer to come up with the ring I now wear every day. I would highly recommend working with Winkle if you plan on selecting a special piece of jewelry for yourself or a loved one.

There have been few businesses that have impressed me as much as Perrywinkle's in Burlington; especially the service provided to me by Zev. It was my first time in the store and I was greeted with such genuine warmth and sincerity I immediately felt at ease and welcome. Zev helped me find a beautiful Marco Bicego necklace for my wife and find my next watch to boot! As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate his professional demeanor. I had been looking for a pair of Pandora earrings as a gift for my daughter's birthday. They were not available online so I called the Burlington VT Perrywinkles store and lucky for me, Jill Kenny was there to help me. I recently had my Late Mother's diamond reset. I did a lot of research of different settings, I came up with a variation of a design that I liked. I stared working with Michelle on the design, when that was all set Malyn took over. She payed so much attention to the making of the ring, right down to different styles of engraving for me to choose from. She was very attentive, responding to all of my email's in a very timely manner. Winkle worked very closely with everyone. She made sure that it would be done by the date she said it would be done by, and it was. I have to say the team at Perrywinkles's did a fantastic job. Thank you Winkle, Michelle and Malyn! I have never been to Perrywinkles, I was never really a jewlery person. I always felt overwhelmed walking into stores like this due to staff being overly pushy for you to buy. When I walked into this store it was a whole new experience! As I entered the first thing I noticed was the aroma of freshly baked cookies, and the smile of a young lady who greeted me and asked me if id like a drink or cookie. I had the best experience with kala, she really knows what she is doing! She helped me pick out a beautiful diamond necklace and matching earrings. I'm in LOVE with them! Perrywinkles in Burlington is wonderful, the staff is friendly and always helpful and their selection of jewelry is beautiful! Walking into their store always puts a smile on my face, it's like Disney World for grownups!
