She is always very helpful, very kind and has a wonderful personality. Not just now but every time she helps me. She is excellent at her job. The people who work there are friendly and they will "chat" with the customers like they are neighbors. The pharmacist is very informed and she shares her understanding and professional knowledge with the customers regarding their prescriptions. She is easy to talk to and makes everyone feel welcome. The same goes for the employee who works at the front of the drugstore. She will remind me to use my Rite Aide card when I purchase items, which helps me to save money. There are quite a few drug stores around, but I drive past them because of how this particular treats and greets me when I come into the store. The employees will even leave what they are doing to help a customer find an item. They don't just keep stocking an item when someone is obviously confused and can't find the right location for an item. This is specially nice when you are short on time. Great Service!

Absolutely horrible!!! Very understaff! Untrained cashiers that take so long, there is always a long line due to the volume of people and confusion within the cashiers. People hanging over the glass I felt very violated as if they could see everything!!!! I will be taking my business somewhere else!

Sept.21,2014. I think all of the. Employees are great.. Except for the new blonde long haired lady who keeps asking me if she can help me. Then asking me if I had my flu shot yet. I'm just trying to shop. If I need help I will ask. I'm sure she means well. But she asked me two times in 10 mins. This isn't the first time this has happend with her. I shop there once or twice a week. She is a little over barring. Maybe have her tone it down a bit.

Coeur d'Alene Rite Aid Pharmacy has the best people on their staff that you can find. Very kind and caring people that are fast, courteous, and friendly professionals.

While camping I went in to Rite Aid in Hornell Ny to make over 75 reprints that my Aunt from Florida had brought to camp of my family. Then in having a problem with the machine a very helpful store employee in the store offered to help and went above and beyond to make the situation right...... I couldn't say enough about Ms Herrick and say she is well deserving of her position. Thank You so much Donna.

Nice, friendly, helpful personnel. Pharmacy has restricted hours and this is some inconvenience. Store inventory is often out of key items and few choices of sizes. I do shop here as it is convenient. At certain times of, pharmacy can be slow - partially do to slow customers (and aren't most pharmacies slow anyway?)

I would like to know how Rite Aid got ahold of my credit card number and charged $153.10 to it when I live in Kansas and have never used this company ever. Can you explain that. Someone should do some checking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't shop there every thing cost to much

I love RiteAid, you can go get quick supplies there if you need them. There is not a long wait time to check out.

I love this place. You can get your stuff really quick. Great place to get over the counter stuff without having tod deal with the crowds. Dealing with crowds and fighting over parking is the last thing you want to do when you are sick

Love Rite Aid- they have great employees who care about their customers. Example the Rite Aid on William Street in Cheektowaga- an employee there by the name of Marie. Whenever I go in there she is there to greet you and ask how you are doing. I don't go there a lot, but she always remembers me. She takes the time to help you find whatever you need. Makes me want to go more often.

Very rude pharmacists. Have had two different occasions where the same pharmacist said there was a problem with scripts only to go back next day and get it filled by a different pharmacist. If a gray headed woman is working filling scripts...you better go somewhere else

the staff are awesome. the girls in the pharmacy always remember my name. they come out and help me find different medicines that wont affect my prescriptions.
