This pharmacy is HORRIBLE The guy who worked there dropped the 'F' bomb 4 or 5 times and yelled in the aisle way while customers were hearing this! We will never be back EVER!! So much for professional staff.

The front of house at Rite Aid in Louisville is always helpful and friendly but the pharamcy staff is equally always rude and seemingly annoyed to have you interrupt their day. This has been going on for years. I have left and gone back several times, hoping they had changed but obviously not gonna happen.

Worst Pharmacy Customer Service ever - They will argue with you. Forget to page you when your script is ready, then have you cut in front of other customers without telling them which only serves to irritate the people who are standing there. Additionally, I called yesterday about a script and was told it was there and filled. Only to find out, upon arrival, they had no script and no idea what I was speaking of. With that said, it makes me wonder if they can manage to fill a script correctly.

I love rite aid! Not enough room to say all the good stuff about all the employees and the pharmacy those"people"who feel like their being interrogated must be guilty. Washington's drug laws are the toughest in the United States. Don't shoot the messenger! Keep up the friendly and courteous job.

My wife has a script filled there that is a four week supply. Every time we go they tell us that we are getting it refilled early and we have to explain it's a four week supply. Seven times four equals 28. This time when we went to pick her script up we were told that it wouldn't be in for 2 days( 30 days since her last refill). We asked them to call it into another store and we were told since it was a controlled substance, they couldn't and "didn't know what to tell us". Now my wife has to be in pain for two days because the pharmacy can't do simple math. This is a Friday and we have to wait until Monday.

I love going to your store,everyone is so nice and friendly. Specially the manager GOLDIE. Never had a problem, everyone is so helpful.

I like the store and the girls are always friendly at the cash register. I would NOT pay to much attention to the bad reviews because I have been going to this store for 10 years and never had a problem. Maybe the people leaving the bad comments should stop and look in the mirror.

Super CS, they looked until they found what I wanted & did not find on my own. The cashier suggested I get a "wellness card" which ended up giving me 50% off a certain item, which included the store sale price. Since I purchased 5 of that particular item, it was a really large savings.They helped me out to the car w/my purchases. I really appreciated everything about my recent visit to Rite Aid.

Been waiting 11 days for film to be developed.. was told one week and it would be in.. went to store 3 times.. can't find film... received a call, from rite aid, on the 10th day saying order was in.. went to store can't find order.. wanted this film for a xmas project... thanks rite aid that went out the window...

i go there often and the staff are very nice. I have yet to run across a rude staff. My favorite is dale. I have not experienced the pharmacy staff yet

pharmacy - tried to use government insurance card we got in mail off and said no don't use those although Rite Aid was listed in pamphlet - then had fifty dollar coupon for medicine as expensive and she said that doesn't mean you will get it for that price beside I have to order it - when I said lets leave she said wait a minute and checked shelf and guess what she found - said she'd run it thru to see what price was and if we wanted it
