My experience with Rodenhiser was superb. Dan M. arrived in the expected time frame, which was by the way, the same day I requested service. He was courteous and cordial. Spent time listening to my concerns and detailed all of my options. When he didn't have the correct materials to complete my selection of repairs, he obtained them in an hour, then finished the job. I would recommend them hands down. BTW - I have read some reviews and agree Rodenhiser is pricey. However, multiple visits and days off work are pricey as well. Worth every penny.

Great job. Joel Charette installed a new hot water heater on a Sunday when ours started leaking late on a Saturday night. Came early Sunday morning as requested & provided information clearly on all the options. Installed new hot water heater quickly & meticulously cleaned up after. Very professional. would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Rodenhiser in general. My interaction with Daniel C. during the yearly checkup of my AC system was superior. He arrived on time with everything he needed, answered my questions, and informed me about what he would be doing. I particularly liked that before he left, he asked me if I had any other questions or concerns.
Rodenhiser is a company of great reputation and when I call for service I call with confidence that the job will be completed efficiently and correctly. Both Casey and Mike were handling 3 jobs at my house this a.m. and they were efficient and very respectful of my property - a pleasure dealing with them. They are neat, courteous and knowledgeable and are an asset to your company.

Joel C. was very nice. He came to do an annual inspection. He noticed a few areas of concern and gave me a quote. The price was reasonable and I had it taken care of same day. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." I would definitely have Joel C. back to take care of any future issues.

Mike C was the technician sent to my home to give me an estimate for and do work on replacing 2 outside spigots. He looked over the placement and gave me an estimate for each. I approved one but not the other. Due to the placement of the spigot pipes, he had to create a new opening in the (finished) basement ceiling to access the pipe for soldering. He let me know about the complication and that it would take longer than he anticipated. Not much, but enough to influence the price. I approved. He's a quiet guy but obviously very competent. He completed and tested the work, and covered the holes he had had to make. He cleaned up and everything looks and works great. Yes, would ask for him again for any other work.

Pat and Jim installed our new heating system. They both were very professional and respectful of my home. They had on shoe covers and laid down floor covering on the carpets from the entrance way to the basement. They ran through the whole system with me at the end of the job and made me very comfortable with my new thermostat. Thanks for all your great work!

Patrick Brady was our team leader for are new furnace and a/c installation. Along with his apprentices Jim morin and nick Horne. They did an outstanding job installing a brand new system in are very small attic of are early 1900s home. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work from this crew. Pat would check in regularly with us throughout the process to make sure the job was installed correctly and to our needs. Before they made any permanent locations of the system or for supply and return air registers he would check for are approval we were extremely Satisfied with how professional pat and his crew was

Pat and Casey did a outstanding job servicing the plumbing in my home. They installed a new food waste disposal fixed my toilet and rebuilt my showervalve all in one day! I was so please that they competed this job same day and did not have to take off and other days from work. They both were very pleasant to work with and have great friendly personalitys. Great to have fellow dog lovers in my home very understanding of my new puppy. Excellent work 5 star rating two great techs!!
