We are SO pleased with our service today from Larry and Sons!!! Matt Davis, our technician, was so knowledgeable and professional! He was so great! He did an incredible job servicing all of our units and then took the time to give us personalized information on how to maximize the longevity of our units. He was honest, too! I will definitely be using Larry and Sons for all business and would definitely recommend them to anyone. We are so grateful- thank you so much Matt for doing such a great job!

Matt did a great job of performing semi-annual maintenance on our heat pump and heating systems.

Prior to the plumber's arrival, we were called again, learning he was on his way. Marty arrived and went straight to work. His advice re our needs was helpful, and his work was impeccable. Josh Deal is an excellent technician who always answers my questions and thoroughly understands the importance of great customer service. I have had a heat pump and furnace installed by Larry and Sons. Heather and Amy Jo are also very attentive to my needs scheduling appointments which are both convenient for me and Larry and Sons. Larry and Sons is a great company with a long history of serving the Tri-State area.

Rich L. took professionalism over the top. His explanations of services needed were concise and to the point. No add on services were needed. He left me with the confidence that everything was done right. With an added note his assistant Josh was just as professional. Larry and Sons have been in business a long time and I see why. The service was great from the initial phone call to the servicing of my water heater.

He was on time and had my issue resolved in a short period of time and explain what I need to do to maintain it in the future.

Larry and sons had just installed a new heating and air condition system at my home. From the first visit with Mo C. Comfort consultant he explain and went over every detail he was a huge help and made the process very easy. From start to finish I can't say one bad thing about Daniel P. and the two gentleman that installed the system. They arrived everyday even in bad weather. They were courteous, friendly and respected my home. I am so extremely happy with the service Larry and Sons provides my overall experience is excellent. Larry and Sons was at my house for plumbing today. Paul S. was a big help not only the first time he came out but now a second time. He was very helpful ordering a part that wasn't so easy to get found the part and it is installed I couldn't be happier I highly recommend their services!

Paul was amazing! We had contacted 2 other companies and were told to wait another 2 days for hot water because they don't work past certain times or certain days this point it had already been 2 days without hot water.And we had a sick child! Paul explained everything up front and was able and willing to answer our questions. Paul was completely professional and courteous!I would highly recommend. Paul and Larry &Sons!
