Matt D. From Larry and Sons came to do a service call on our central air unit he was very polite and exceptionally helpful.

When our air conditioning system needed repair Matt was able to identify the problem quickly and get the warranty claim filed in time for the parts to be covered. All their technicians and office staff are polite, friendly, and professional and work hard to resolve the issues.

Rich L was great. Came and did work, when we only requested estimate. Was happy with quote & cost, so allowed him to do work. We though his work was image of Larry & Sons, but appears only Rich L is a good employee, the others we've worked with are horrid! They won't return calls, they refuse to provide information they said they would.

Matt did a great job checking our HVAC system. He was courteous, efficient and was clear in his explanations of his findings. And we love the wall units (Daiken) that L&S put in last fall.

This review is for Service Pro, Rich L. and helper Justin, for the installation of our water softner on 5/29/14. Rich is a very professional installer, he knows what has to be done and does it quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable of the job and it shows in every aspect of his work. He is easy to talk to and will answer all your questions, no matter how many you have. He has a great personality and explained everything very well about the operation of the softner. Justin was very helpful to Rich in completing the installation, following all instructions and doing a great job. Justin, also has a nice personality - they make a good team. When we had a slight problem, Rich came back and fixed it and all is well at this time. Rich & Justin are a Big, Big asset to Larry & Sons. Thank, Rich and Justin for a GREAT JOB! Ron Monninger

I have been dealing with your Company for many years and met several of your employees. Your office courtesy and promptness has always impressed as did all your field employees. Last employee was Richard L. who was here before and is always a welcomed sight in our household. He is very professional, clean and to the point and produces qaulity work and repair. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and order in his truck with all the necessary spare parts on hand. His truck reflects pretty much his character and professionalism. Excellent man to keep on your payroll.

Larry and Sons as well as their installer Daniel have been great to work with on our new heat pump installation. They couldn't have been more professional and responsive to our needs. Met every schedule and the pricing was more than competitive.

Paul was professional yet personable and completed the work in a very timely manner. He had to replace a faulty piece which was installed 10 months earlier. The company did the work at no cost to us since it was less than a year. Thank you!
