We have been Larry & Sons customers for many years. Our serviceman today was Matt and he is extremely professional. He arrived just when expected, wore booties to protect our home from the outdoors and after introducing himself and greeting us and our dog, went right to work. He asked for our input as to how our system was working for us (previously installed by Larry & Sons) and explained what he was doing. He is polite and friendly but did not dawdle. Every experience we have had with this company has been positive.
I recently had a great plumbing repair by Clayton of Larry & Sons. He was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him and Larry & Sons. My appointment was scheduled fast as well! Very pleased! A++

Same day service to repair the problem, courteous technicians, appreciate the booties for muddy shoes.
I just wrote a review for Matt Davis for Larry and Sons. I also wish to give a commendation to Dave Pritt who was the tech who came out a few days after Matt Davis to repair the air exchanger in my attic as well as doing a maintenance check of the HVAC system. Dave was also professional and courteous.

Highly recommended. Clayton was not only very professional and did the job very well, he was also very personable. If all the service people at Larry and Sons are like him, they should be the most popular and best plumbers in Maryland
Very quick and reasonably priced service. Josh was great and explained everyting that needed to be done. Highly recommended.

Dave knew what he was talking about Did a good job
My 50 year old oil furance stop working, We were spending $1400.00 in fuel oil cost and we had to get heat at our vacation home. Since we already had water damage due to freezing water pipes. I contacted Larry and Son's to assist, We agreed on the installation of the "Daikin Ductless Heat/Cooling System" Mo Colella put a package together for our home. HVAC installation team Danny and Tim worked during the coldest days in Feb. The installation project was completed in 1 week, house was clean and all trash was removed. Thank you for a job well done.
Highly recommend Larry and Sons, Inc. They are reliable and their work is excellent. If you have a concern they contact you immediately to talk with you. Rich and Dave were very friendly and answered all of my questions. This is a great company.

Larry & Sons is AWESOME! I scheduled a service call via the web at 6:45 this morning and within an hour Amy Jo at dispatch was calling me to schedule a time for a tech to come to my home. Josh D. arrived on time and with a smile. He was very personable and took time to answer all of my questions. This is my second time using Larry & Sons in about 2 years and each time they have been on time and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them in the future should the need arise.
Rich L. was great! He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, discussed costs and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was super-polite and friendly. I would recommend Larry & Sons to others.
Rich is so joyful! In fact each person we had contact with is. We said to each other "I wonder what's in the water they drink there! And had a good chuckle. We had both repairs and improvements done to our home. We always looked forward to him returning. He was always happy to answer any questions we had. Never did he make us feel as though we were interrupting him. He was a pleasure to have around. I have never said that about any contractors I've had over the years. During the Christmas Holiday and a house full of family, we found a major water leak. We called and they sent out Clayton right away to fix our problem. Clayton was professional and respectful to our home while he worked. His friendly personality and concern made us feel more secure. Thanks Clayton for a job well done! No more water in the basement!!! Thank goodness!
Rich L. installed a hot water heater for me. He was prompt and polite. He explained all of my options before doing the work. I was very happy with the job he did.

Matt Davis came to do yearly maintaince on our furnace. It had a broken part. He drove to Winchester to pick up a part and returned the same day to install. He was very professional and personable. A son a mother would be very proud of! Thanks Matt
