Our salesman Todd Peebles was very knowledgeable and helpful.We purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse. His information on the gas mileage on the vehicle was incorrect. Reviews show 16/23 He told us 20+/30 Which was the difference between wanting this vehicle vs a Chevy Tahoe. I kinda knew that 30 on the highway was stretching it a little, but to get over 20 on a average was good. We took the Traverse on a trip to the beach the first weekend and the best gas mileage we got was 18. So I am not happy . The only other problem I had was the said they would detail the vehicle before we picked it up. It was not ready at the the first pickup time. When my wife did pick it up which she did not have time herself to look over the vehicle it was not clean enough upon further inspection later that day. Carpets did not looked vacuumed and there is a spot on the passenger seat. The dash was dusty was well. Overall we are happy with the Chevy.Thank You James Tillotson.

Car was not cleaned and needed repairs that they could not do and to top it off process took 5-1/2 hours to complete. When manager had a chance to apologize or make it better his response was not our fault.

Just bought a 2014 Silverado as they've been bugging me to come in and trade up my 2009 Colorado which I also bought by them. Josh Cox was our salesman and he was very easy to talk to and get along with. He treated my wife and I with respect and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Thanks to Harris and Mike on assisting to get the deal done. Then I run into Adam Parks who sold me the 2009 Colorado. It was great to see him. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership for sales and maintenance. I have been looking for a particular car for the past couple of months while working with Todd W. McGee. Todd told me that I would need to be patient for him to find exactly what I was looking for....... Late Model Corvette, particular color, 6 speed transmission, coupe. Well behold, the exact vehicle I was looking for has a new home in my garage. Once Todd contacted me and told me that he had "MY CAR", it was only a matter of time before the service department completely serviced the vehicle and made delivery to my wife and I. Working with Todd and the Pros at Parks Chevrolet was a terrific experience as I look forward to working with them again.

Went in to the dealership expecting to be treated like I was by another dealership the day before- like a fool. It was the total opposite. Dealt with Todd McGee in Finance and he was not only laid-back, funny and smart, but he actually seemed to have our best interests in mind. Not once did I feel like we were being taken advantage of. We also had the pleasure of working with Harris Dixon and he was just as friendly and enjoyable to be around as Todd. It was quite the wait, but not once did we mind. Not once, not twice, but 5 times we were asked if we needed anything while we waited. Buying our car from Parks was the best experience we've ever had in a dealership and we have already recommended them to several of our friends and co-workers. We will definitely be repeat customers and we can't thank Todd and Harris enough. Parks is definitely lucky to have them!

Overall satisfied with the dealership but did experience a couple of hiccups during the recent purchase of a used vehicle. Upon purchasing the vehicle, there was only one key fob available. We were assured the second fob would be mailed to us. We had to follow up with the salesperson, Donna Leonard, on several occasions who told us the key fob was in the mail. Four days later, we called back but did not receive a return call so we called and asked to speak to a manager. Rick Lewis did an exceptional job in addressing our concern, and the key fob was available to us the next day. We were disappointed that the initial salesperson lied to us by failing to follow through. Although we would recommend this dealership, we cannot recommend this salesperson. One recommendation for this dealership would be to advise customers of the expected wait time for completing the paperwork. We had to wait for 3 hours and if we had been told of the wait time, we could have better planned our day.
