I bought my Honda Odyssey in, because the engine light was on. Dwight Dowe payed attention to what I was saying to him. He get right on the issue, while I waited for the result on the van he kept me inform as to what was happening and what the next step was Although they was unable to detect the problem, I had to return the van two days later and he kept his word by giving me a loner vehicle. Through out the course of the day, he would called to advise me what was happening with the van Because of the Dwight good service and the way he care for his customers. I will definatly come back and use this location for serving the van. I used to go to Sanford. Dwight keep up the good work, you are one in a million. thank you for all you do. I brought my CR-V in for the airbag replacement and had no problems. Jay Banks took care of me and made sure everything was fine. I took the complimentary shuttle to work downtown, and had no problem when I picked the car up in the afternoon. Thank you Jay and Classic Honda.

My Civic is the third Honda I have been taking regularly for service at Classic Honda and to Maribel Franco (Service Advisor). The fact that I have been coming back for a number of years, speaks for itself. Maribel is courteous, efficient and a definite asset to Classic Honda.

I had to bring my Pilot in for a recall. Normally I dread going to dealers for service. A colleague at work, who is a Honda fanatic, insisted that Classic Honda had the best service in Central Florida. I took his advice and made appointment with Classic even thought they were not the closest Honda dealer to my house. I am so glad that I listened to him. The service right from the start was awesome. Dustin Pearson was my service advisor, he was courteous and very efficient. He help straighten out a slight situation with one of the parts on order and made my day! He made sure I was out in time to catch the courtesy shuttle to work. The service techs had my vehicle ready by the estimated time. Best of all there was NO hard sell about "your vehicle needs this or that repaired" which I have experienced at other Honda dealers on recalls. Classic provided a straight up fix on the recall. This was BY FAR the BEST dealer service experience in 30 plus years of owning cars. Thank you Dustin! JH
